Green License Plates for clean beaches

When you clean the beaches with EarthRehab and Ocean Conservancy in Florida you'll get free Green License Plates.
The Ocean Conservancy International Coastal Cleanup 2008 will have two Green youth groups take the lead in North Palm Beach, check out their Flyers.
