EarthDay collaboration; come and meet the Treehuggers!!

April 19th will have an EarthDay event in Jupiter like none before.
Just North of Turtlefest on A1A something exciting will happen.
3 large beach tents, lots of banners and Kite’s flying high.

EarthRehab and Keep Palm Beach County Beautiful have scheduled the 1st annual ‘Kite Beach to Corners’ cleanup for Jupiter’s shores.

The Jupiter Middle School ‘Treehuggers’ and EarthRehab will help with the organization, administration, and passing out the goodies for your efforts. (Hats, Green License Plates and Ocean Minded Sandals)
Locals Surf Shop and Blue Water Surfing will help direct the volunteers.
Ocean Minded Sandals will have a prize give away for the most trash collected.

Local Surf, Dive, Kite Boarders and Beach enthusiasts are asked to volunteer to keep our beautiful stretch of shoreline free from debris.

Special thanks go to Loggerhead MLC, Friends of Jupiter Beach, Busch Wildlife Sanctuary, Perry Institute for Marine Science, WJTW FM radio, Taras Oceanographic, FAU, Jupiter High School Environment Club, and our local Kite Board shop for passing out the Flyers.

Go to http://www.earthrehab.com/ and reserve your spot on the beach today.
